Business case

Initial reports into the business case viability associated with any of the key technologies will be produced free of charge by Tecsource. Should detailed analysis be required, Tecsource consultants can be deployed on a fixed price basis to deliver tailored and detailed business case analysis.

Tecsource is able to provide technical and business consultancy services within a broad range of disciplines. These services are supplied against a defined and agreed scope at a fixed cost.

Benefits analysis

With the justification for many projects coming from forecasted future benefits, many senior managers are now asking for proof that the anticipated benefits are being delivered post-implementation. Consequently, Tecsource is able to provide a Benefits Analysis service that details the anticipated benefits against those delivered, and produces a report that can be presented at board level. This report will also make recommendations on activities that may deliver enhanced or new benefits.
