Implementation is a key factor in the success of any project and Tecsource has at its disposal all of the key services required to ensure a successful deployment. These services are dependent on the complexity of the project and the technology implemented, and can be provided in isolation or in total, as appropriate:

Project Scope

Tecsource consultants will take the design agreed between the pre-sales team and the customer, and create the necessary documentation and configurational information required to deploy the solution.

The same team can also develop and document testing processes for use in both pre-build and on-site testing of the solution.

Pre-staging

The entire solution can be built in a lab environment, configured as if it were on the customer site and tested prior to deployment. During this process the customer can also deploy their servers and applications to ensure successful operation in a risk free environment.

Implementation

Tecsource has the capability to implement solutions from any of its partners, and the skills necessary to ensure project success.

Testing

To ensure the solution meets the technical requirements, Tecsource can test against a pre-documented set of criteria, tailored to the individual specification. This testing would take place in conjunction with the customer and the results fully documented.

Documentation

Once the implementation is complete Tecsource can provide full systems documentation in both electronic formats and hard copy, ensuring that all the design, configuration and project information is passed on to the customer.
