Tecsource has one of the most impressive Project Management teams in the industry, with experience in a wide range of industries and different sizes of organisation, ranging from 50 user deployments through to 20,000 user solutions for large City banks.

Once a design has been completed, the customer is allocated a Project Management resource, tailored to the customer’s requirements and the complexity of the overall project, to ensure its success.

Project Administration

For simple projects and hardware supply, a Project Administrator would be allocated free of charge to act as a co-ordination point between the customer and Tecsource. This provides a single point of contact at all times and enables Tecsource to ensure customer satisfaction levels are maintained.

Project Co-ordination

For more complex projects, but where an on-site Project Manager is not required, a Project Co-ordinator would be allocated as a chargeable resource. This service is more formal and would include the creation of a documented project plan and regular telephone or web based project reviews. Project Co-ordination may also be included in more complex projects to assist the Project Manager and to reduce overall project costs.

Project Management

The majority of complex system-based deployments are allocated a dedicated chargeable Project Manager. It is their responsibility to provide overall project control within a formal framework, including the development of a documented project plan, formal review meetings and regular progress reports.

Programme Management

Many larger projects, in particular building moves, place particular strain on a customer’s organisation. Tecsource is able to deploy Programme Managers into these situations to provide overall control of the entire project and all the disciplines within a formal structured framework. As a result, risks are minimised and project success is ensured.

In all cases Tecsource endeavours to allocate the same resources to each project commissioned by an individual customer, in order to maintain continuity.
